Council ignores submissions- proceeding with application to Ipart

At the extra ordinary meeting today, the administrator made statements like " this issue has been well ventilated", and then accepted staff recommendation, to make application to Ipart for a SRV to be in place in time for rate notices o 1 July 2017 (based on a report which did not consider very much at all of the submissions made, and which was posted on the council website less than a couple of hours after the exhibition closing time of 4.30. So much for considering community input in a democratic way )
