On Monday August 1st, the Columbia Heights Mayor and City Council voted for the city to hire an outside company to investigate the incident to see if it break the ethical code of the city. This is not a legal investigation and no one, including KT herself, has to participate. 

So we will wait and see what the investigation tells us.
