No Reply from costa

i have recently been speaking to a member whom had £360.00 in points after he decided to report Costa to trading standards and the ombudsman, as he was given no notice like many of us, Costa have sent him gift cards amounting to £360.00 if you feel costa should give you your points back, do the same contact them and log an official formal compliant, explain you want your points converted into gift cards not beans,  as they should honour this to you if you feel you would benefit having your points returned on a gift card, if they have done it for him, they should for you, as Costa should not treat many of their customers any different, as we are all loyal paying customers, Regards
