The Reason we have started this petition is because our partners are in prison. We would like to continue our relationship including a healthy sexual relationship. I think it would keep these men and women at ease knowing that their partners are being faithful, it’s a fact that most fights in prison are provoked by sexual frustration. We would like all women and men to continue a healthy life style with their partners.

I understand some may say it’s pointless as “their being punished for something they have done" But For those who visit their partners once or twice every week and can’t simply kiss their partner because its “excessive contact” want something done about this? Please help us by signing this petition so the rest of Australia can follow Victoria and make Conjugal visits legal. So Please sign this petition so we can take this to parliament and prove how it effects not just the prisoners, But the innocent as well.
