Corporations Have Too Much Power: End Forced Arbitration Agreements Now!

The Issue

Enough is enough! It's 2024 and workplaces are more toxic than ever -- companies are carelessly violating employee's rights and discriminating, because arbitration agreements have removed any fear of consequences.  More outrageous is observing companies doubling down on their abuse to force vocal employee's out, because they know they've preemptively blocked the employee from fighting back!

These agreements are a blatant attempt to silence victims and shield wrongdoers from accountability, allowing discriminatory practices to thrive unchecked. We cannot stand by while employees are stripped of their right to a fair trial and forced into a rigged process controlled by the very companies that discriminate against them.

  • 54% of private companies have arbitration agreements in place
  • Of those companies 30% block recovery through collective / class action
  • 56% of employees are subject to arbitration agreements (Economic Policy Institute)
  • 98% of employment claims are estimated to be eliminated if the victim is subject to an arbitration clause  (Harvard Law Review)
  • The number of forced arbitration cases skyrocketed 467% in 2022 (American Association for Justice)

This needs to end. Join the fight to end forced arbitration and pave the way for a better environment for all employees!
