Sadly, as things stand Sunday's meeting was the last ever race meeting at United Downs.

The team is still exploring every option, but we are fighting an uphill battle with news of the lease afforded to the rum company.

That said, we have far from given up.

Our priority right now is to harness the rightful anger, disappointment and frustration that we ALL feel about the situation.

To that end we are still urgently looking for signatures on our online petition.
