Trengrouse Nursing home is under a consultation period. Their aim is to start the process of mothballing the home along with two other care homes within Cornwall. Trengrouse is one of the few homes that provides person centred care for people who have complexed care needs such as advanced dementia. To temporarily shut this home could lead to devastating effects on the residents health and wellbeing. Trengrouse nursing home has been in the heart of Helston for many years and it would be such a shame to see the building stand empty for a prolonged period of time.
