Petition updatePlanners, Councillors, Inspectors and MPs have failed Cornwall and MUST stop the damageNew land use data puncture myth of deep rural Cornwall
Cornish Community VoiceTruro, ENG, United Kingdom
Nov 12, 2017 — https://cornwalldevelopersparadise.wordpress.com/2017/11/11/new-land-use-data-puncture-myth-of-deep-rural-cornwall/ One supporter has a simple question for Phil Mason: "There seems no strategic thinking regarding the adequate provision of services and infrastructure, rather just a wild scramble to build as many new houses as possible. Who gains from this? Perhaps a question that needs to be asked......." Yet this man is paid £150-200,000pa from our council taxes to do just that: strategic thinking! But earlier this week, he admitted publicly that years of "strategic thinking" at Threemilestone, including millions of public money paid out, were "poor". Good to know...!! Do we get a refund? Whilst another supporter probably asks what everybody else thinks: "I don't believe Cornwall needs so many new houses. Where are the jobs for all the incomers? What about infrastructure? Roads, schools, hospitals, doctors' surgeries? The UK is being raped by the big building companies, and once it's built on - it's gone forever."
