Help small Internet broadcasters keep the music playing

The Issue

Small Internet broadcasters may be forced to go silent with the pricing guidelines put in place by the Copyright Royalty Board. In past years, there were provisions to allow small operations to pay reasonable rates to play copyrighted music over the Internet. A recent decision by the Copyright Royalty Board will potentially make it financially impossible for these small stations to continue bringing music to their listeners.

Please support this petition asking only that the provisions for small broadcasters be restored to the proposed fee structure. Your support can help keep the dream of small specialty broadcasters alive.
