please share this petition and post his picture everywhere

The police officer who handles this case responded to my e-mail and said "I will call you tomorrow afternoon". He never called me, but he doesn't even have my phone number. What really angers me is that this bastard piece of shit is still torturing and killing innocent animals. The police has his face pictures, his YouTube account and this is an extremely easy case and yet they won't do anything. I understand they are busy handling many crimes, but this is such an easy case for them to handle, considering that we have face pictures and evidence. Please share this petition, please post his face picture everywhere, and let's not give up until he gets arrested.
