this man keeps torturing and killing cats and nothing is being done

dear friends and supporters, thank you once more for your help with this petition. E-mails, letters, faxes have been sent but nothing is being done and this criminal keeps torturing and killing cats. If any of you has any connection with Chicago area law enforcement, please let them know about this case. Let's keep fighting until this man is arrested.
