Many GBB airsoft enthusiasts who own the VFC FAL love the already large gas reservoir of the 20rd magazines that come stock with both variants (being the LAR and OSW) the purpose of having an extended magazine would be threefold: Increased BB capacity, an even larger gas reservoir, and a better look to the build of the rifle.

VFC is missing out on a potential market investment, as the airsofting community who use the VFC FAL complain about the restrictions the system brings, being limited magazine capacity and ability to propel the BB's

While these complaints are common with the GBB system as a whole, and cannot be fully remedied to be on par with AEG or HPA.

But the big reason airsofters use GBB's is for the look and feel of the gun as a whole.

And for most who use VFC's FAL system, the 30rd magazine will give them the final touch needed to make their system complete.
