This acquisition would offer a fresh perspective, with Jeff Shell remaining as president to ensure continuity.

This new leadership could reinstate beloved projects, expand opportunities for diverse creators, and prioritize the quality and variety of content we, as audiences, deserve. It's time for change, and this merger could be the step we need to ensure a thriving, dynamic, and inclusive entertainment industry for the future.
