Please come out and show support to Rosa Sanchez who is running for the state assembly seat being vacated by Jessica Gonzales-Rojas - who has refused communication with us up to date. At a local community meeting at Lexington School for the deaf almost a year ago - YAI admitted to clerical errors in the lease that needed to be corrected and would have them ammended within a few weeks. Here we are almost a year later - nothing has been ammended in the lease and construction has resumed at a rapid pace including overnights at the Convent Location. YAI along with all others involved need to be held accountable for their lies and actions. Rosa Sanchez - a native - lifelong - and still current resident will not only hold those involved accountable- she will also fight to stand up for our community and constituents and tackle all current issues facing our community one by one. Please show support and come out next Tuesday night at Mr. Brunos in the shopping center to have a chance to meet Rosa at a Pizza Party from 6-8pm. To those that say this Convent Conversion is a done deal - the battle has just begun!
