I will be the first to give Andover residents and their town leadership full credit, by publishing multiple installments of "The Credit: Hat off to Andover" when and if they demonstrate that they have the moral and civic standards to take action to clean up after Patrick Keefe's mess. Until that time comes, the Town of Andover will remain in the news. IF WE WERE INVADED BY AN ENEMY ARMY - LET'S SAY RUSSIA FOR EXAMPLE - WITH A GUN TO THEIR HEADS MOST WHITE AMERICANS WOULD DENY THEIR AMERICAN CITIZENSHIP BEFORE THEY ADMIT TO BEING RACIST. Individuals at the Andover Police Department hated me so much that they hated my dog and tried to frame him for "being a menace," even though he never caused any harm to anyone. This was a rescued dog who was viciously abused and beaten because he refused to participate in dog fights in an apartment in New York City. The dog was traumatized and was saved the very night before he was to be euphemized. Due to post traumatic stress, he could not find a home, as he refused to go with anyone. When that dog was brought to my house, he immediately jumped on my lap with eyes literally imploring me to take him in. He licked my face, which I hated. I never had a dog before. Now, tell me.
