Thanks to everyone who has signed and shared this petition. As more details of this incident emerge, it only becomes clearer how deeply Tyrell was wronged and that he should be with us today. To mark one month since his shooting occurred, to celebrate Tyrell's life, and to learn more about what we can do as a community to make sure he gets justice, we are holding a one-month memorial  this Sunday the 11th at 11 a.m. in front of the Danville Library. It will be an outdoor event and everyone is encouraged to wear masks. We will have a letter-writing station and several speakers, including experts on grass-roots activism and local mental health services. Hoping to see some new faces there!
