As a practicing Christian, I understand the teachings of Jesus Christ about loving one's neighbor and helping the poor and weak, and I have integrated these principles into my life and ministry. One of the tools we can use to put these teachings into action is USAID payments. Their continuation is essential as they help alleviate human suffering in the poorest parts of the world.

In recent years, USAID payments have helped improve the livelihoods of millions of people around the world. According to USAID, these supports have helped reduce extreme poverty to less than 10% of the world's population and cut the mortality rate of children under five by more than half (source: USAID).

Despite these significant achievements, USAID payments are now at risk of being reduced or even eliminated altogether. This would place a heavy burden on the world's poorest communities, who are heavily dependent on this aid.
