Since years 4J is working on their new original game, or Reforj, which led to the unfortunate downfall of Minecraft's official Texture Packs and Mash-Ups. This year the Greek Mythology and Star Wars Mash-Ups were also last updated at "Tiny Takeover" while last year the Adventure Time, Nightmare Before Christmas and Toy Story Mash-Ups were last updated at "Chase the Skies", which reveals a problem with 4J's Minecraft content's continuity.

Reforj generates engagement by dividing the Minecraft community, leaving fantastic ideas on the cutting room floor and teasing new content only for Reforj and not for Minecraft. This in combination with the fact that 4J doesn't update most of their Minecraft Texture Packs and Mash-Ups means that players see minimal content in Minecraft Bedrock and see how vanilla textures take away from experience when they try to use official Texture Packs and Mash-Ups in their gameplay.

Many people in the Minecraft community have expressed their discontent with the announcement and development of Reforj in the past, because potential Texture Pack and Mash-Up update and release ideas since the Ice Age Mash-Up such as new Mash-Ups containing an original soundtrack since the Pirates of the Caribbean Mash-Up didn't make it to the game, and they themselves hoped for new Minecraft content from 4J Studios but their expectations came to nothing. This shows that 4J's work only on Reforj is inherently flawed.

Finally Minecraft made its popularity thanks to regular updates and large amounts of content. This was back as 2011. Now Minecraft is not only the best selling game in history, but also has financial support of the massive corporation Microsoft, but on the other hand players receive only four major content updates per year as of 2025 but no new Minecraft content from 4J. 4J's work only on Reforj shows that the fact that they left working for Minecraft in favor of new original content since 2023 further decreases the content of Minecraft's updates.

So let's not only call upon 4J Studios, but also Mojang. Give us updates and continuity for 4J's Minecraft Content in terms of both updates and new releases, including updates and continuity for the Dragonborn, Festive, Halloween, N7, Chinese Mythology, Vault-Tec, Adventure Time, Norse Mythology, Egyptian Mythology, Pirates of the Caribbean, Nightmare Before Christmas, Steven Universe, Toy Story and Ice Age Mash-Ups, as well as three new releases, or the Indian and Aztec Mythology and SpongeBob SquarePants Mash-Ups. If unpaid content creators can continue your Minecraft Texture Packs and Mash-Ups (as with the Festive Mash-Up), then at least you could follow the frequency of new content that made Minecraft famous.

Here are my concepts for what my four ideas regarding 4J's Minecraft Content would look like:

Updates and continuity of 4J's outdated Minecraft Texture Packs and Mash-Ups:

The Dragonborn, Festive, N7 and Chinese and Egyptian Mythology Mash-Ups could be updated to "Trails and Tales" and beyond, while the Norse Mythology and Ice Age Mash-Ups could be updated to "Tricky Trials" and beyond, and the Halloween, Vault-Tec, Pirates of the Caribbean and Steven Universe Mash-Ups could be updated to "The Garden Awakens" and beyond, and finally the Adventure Time, Nightmare Before Christmas and Toy Story Mash-Ups could be updated to "The Copper Age" and beyond.

Indian Mythology Mash-Up:

The Indian Mythology Mash-Up itself could contain an original soundtrack, and the Texture Pack could make Pigs look like Boars, Chickens look like Chickens (Temperate), Ducks (Warm) and Roosters (Cold), Cows look like Zebus (Temperate), Water Buffalos (Warm) and Yaks (Cold); Silverfishes could look like Cobras; Wolves could look like Wolves, Dholes and Hyenas; Cats could look like Tigers, Lions, Leopards and Snow Leopards; Ocelots could look like Caracals; Rabbits could look like Monkeys and Rabbits; Polar Bears could look like Rhinos; Llamas could look like Deers and Nilgais; Parrots could look like Rose-Ringed Parakeets, Peacocks, Hornbills and Eagles; Turtles could look like Crocodiles; Foxes could look like Red Pandas; Pandas could look like Asiatic Black Bears (Black) and Sloth Bears (Brown); Ravagers could look like Elephants; Axolotls could look like Lizards; and Armadillos could look like Pangolins.

Aztec Mythology Mash-Up:

The Aztec Mythology Mash-Up itself could contain an original soundtrack, and the Texture Pack could make Pigs look like Peccaries, Silverfishes look like Rattlesnakes, Wolves look like Coyotes; Cats could look like Jaguars, Cougars and Jaguarundis; Rabbits could look like Monkeys and Rabbits; Polar Bears could look like Tapirs; Parrots could look like Red-and-Green and Blue-and-Yellow Macaws, Toucans, Spoonbills and Harpy Eagles; Dolphins could look like Manatees; Turtles could look like Crocodiles; Foxes could look like Coatis; Pandas could look like Sloths (Black) and Anteaters (Brown); and Axolotls could look like Lizards.

SpongeBob SquarePants Mash-Up:

The SpongeBob SquarePants Mash-Up itself could contain skins of main characters: SpongeBob, Patrick Star, Squidward, Mr. Krabs, Sandy, Plankton, Mrs. Puff, Larry the Lobster, Pearl Krabs, Karen, etc. and a few minor characters such as Fred and Tom, as well as Custom Mobs, and the Texture Pack could make Pigs look like Worm Hogs, Cows look like Manatees, Silverfishes look like Nematodes; Wolves could look like Worms; Villagers could look like Bikini Bottomites; Cats could look like Snails, Kenny the Cat, the Lion Fish and Tigers and Lions (from "Who R Zoo?"); Ocelots could look like Prehistoric Snails; Bats could look like Owl Clams; Witches could look like the Sand Witch; Zombie Villagers could look like Krabby Patty Mutants (from "Krabby Patty Creature Feature"); Donkeys, Horses, Mules and Skeleton and Zombie Horses could be based on Mystery the Sea Horse; Endermites could look like Urchins; Rabbits could look like Sea Bunnies and Sea Monkeys; Polar Bears could look like the Sea Rhinoceros; Parrots could look like Flying Clams; Phantoms could look like the Snail Monster; Foxes could look like Baboons (from "Who R Zoo?"); Pandas could look like Sea Bears; Ravagers could look like Sea Whelks; Bees could look like Jellyfishes; Axolotls could look like Sea Snakes; Allays could look like Blue Jellyfishes; Camels could look like Giraffes (from "Who R Zoo?"); and Sniffers could look like Hippos (from "Who R Zoo?"). Also the world would have some iconic places from the franchise in it, such as Bikini Bottom and Jellyfish Fields.
