Update: September 2025

Big O Tires, along with the parent companies Leeds West Groups & TBC Corporation, have legally threatened me multiple times if I release any documents without paying to have them go through the legal process in a different state. This is a violation of my free speech which is exactly what the Boulder Police & Leeds West Groups CEO Derek Wessels attempted to do along with the help from Gary Skidmore. Together, these individuals spent "a long time" putting together false documents and information which I now have possession of despite the multiple attempts of denying me my own information. 

The change came when I stood against the threats and lies from both the City of Boulder as well as Big O Tires/Leeds West Groups and a corrupt judge named David Archuletta. I stood strong with the truth to back me up which would ultimately find that I was wrongfully jailed for my right to free speech. Immediately after ruling, this police officer went MIA and Derek Wessels cowards behind legal protection as he terminates the employees that were involved in this issue. Attempting to erase everyone who can comment on the situation thinking this will help to protect him and the company who is openly scamming consumers at this location in Boulder with the help and Protection of lazy & unlawful police officers.

As I continue to rehabilitate after learning I have permanent physical injuries that will leave me unable to ever walk normally again, I will continue to provide any and all evidence I have stored and was able to recover from my near-death experience thanks to the negligent service provided by these companies. This accompanied by lazy and non-existent police work by the long-dated misconduct of the Boulder PD has caused a concern for the safety of consumers and travelers. It will not be tolerated any longer and this is where the end begins for this greed fueled compulsive liars.
