Start a petition to require public employees to take & pass an essay based test showing their knowledge of the amendments of the United States Constitution and how they could &/or do apply to the  position they want to hold in our government.  Each person holding a public servant/official position should have to take & pass an examination of the laws our Constitution affords each citizen each time they gain a new position or take a different position within the public sector.
