Constitutional Demand: Immediate Ban and Removal of Flock Cameras and Mass Surveillance.

Constitutional Demand: Immediate Ban and Removal of Flock Cameras and Mass Surveillance.
The Issue
Immediate cessation, removal, and permanent prohibition of Flock cameras and all similar mass-surveillance technologies in every public space nationwide.
The continuous monitoring, tracking, and recording of Americans in public spaces violates the Fourth Amendment’s protection against unreasonable searches and seizures, and undermines the freedoms of privacy, assembly, and movement guaranteed by the Constitution. Secret surveillance programs erode trust in government and threaten liberty.
We insist that federal, state, and local authorities take immediate action to:
1. Halt the use and installation of Flock cameras and all similar mass-surveillance systems.
2. Terminate all contracts with companies providing these technologies, including those that collect, store, or analyze personal movement data.
3. Disclose, audit, and securely delete all data collected on American citizens without proper legal authorization.
4. Enact legislation explicitly banning mass-surveillance cameras in public areas, with strict judicial oversight, transparent reporting requirements, and enforceable penalties for violations.
Surveillance technology must protect public safety without violating constitutional rights. Americans will not accept secret monitoring, unwarranted data collection, or government tracking of daily life. This is a legal and moral imperative: our rights are non-negotiable, and our privacy cannot be sold or compromised.
By signing this petition, you demand that lawmakers act immediately to defend the Constitution and remove all Flock cameras and similar surveillance systems from public spaces in the United States.
