We need a lot more signatures, Con-ed's no done sticking it to us, My bill for October, with "NO" heat and "NO" air conditioning on, was $553.65, and of that $351.00 are delivery charges ???  really ????  C'mon people, We need to share this and get everyone on board, CON-ED needs to be stopped, before they steal all of our hard earned money, I know I cana't afford this anymore, PLEASE, get this petition to everyo that has con-ed, and lets get this to the people that CAN help to make a change
