It’s the ONLY case in the civilized world where a mother is convicted IN HER ABSENCE by the State, for not schooling her child.
It’s the ONLY case where the accused is convicted in her absence without any need of substantial evidence for any crime.
It’s the ONLY case that a mother is totally isolated from her child with no evidence of neglect or abuse (the only abuse has been conducted by the State) and where the child is forbidden to visit her home for one year and ten months till today.
It might not be the only State globally that considers a human being guilty instead of “innocent until proved guilty”, but Greece wants to pride itself for birthing democracy.
Civil disobedience is a conscious, nonviolent protest against unjust laws, demands, orders or commands of a government, which are against our freedom and every human being’s right and obligation. Therefore not a crime!

Many more of us must speak up and not allow the injustice and violence caused by any State and judicial system that don’t act in the best interest of the people; those they are meant to serve!

Απέδειξες πως οι άνθρωποι αυτής της χώρας είναι ΠΡΏΤΑ ένοχοι στα μάτια του νόμου και δεν μετράνε ως Άνθρωποι.
Απέδειξες πως όταν απειλούνται τα (κρυφά και φανερά) συμφέροντα της εξουσίας καταδικάζεις μάνες, παιδιά, οποιονδήποτε χωρίς να χρειάζεται να σεβαστείς τον Άνθρωπο.
Απέδειξες πως οι εκάστοτε νόμοι δεν προστατεύουν ουσιαστικά εμάς, τους Ανθρώπους, αλλά εσένα εξουσία, τα επιβλητικά σχέδιά σου και μόνο όποιον τα στηρίζει… Δες Ιερά Εξέταση, κυνήγι μαγισσών, σκλαβοπάζαρα, Ναζισμό, Απαρτχάιντ (ψάξε τι σημαίνει)… υπάρχουν άπειρες αποδείξεις Ιστορικά!
Με την αυθαίρετη, ΕΡΗΜΗΝ καταδίκη μιας μάνας και του παιδιού της, διέπραξες έγκλημα!
Ανθρώπινο έγκλημα!
Ηθικό έγκλημα!
