You realize she is the only publicly known unschooled child in the country. You realize her mother is not hiding, she’s writing about it, speaking about it. There is a movement requesting the change of the law. So, you conduct a mid-summer quick case, judging IN ABSENTIA, both mother and child (although she is nearly ten years old) and easily find the mother guilty, removing custody. You don’t need to serve the verdict. You also don’t need to really investigate anything or anyone involved. Then you hack her social accounts and arrest her on the street, taking her child, on the spot. You don’t even have to have any social worker around. No one has to see, evaluate, support or ask the child anything. Since then, until today. Then you can continue firing the mother with false accusations, expecting her to file appeals, plead for communication with her child, but you don’t have to reverse your first, immoral and unjustified decision. No expert need see the child, since then. You can forbid her to come home, even for a visit, for a whole year. You can forbid ANY alone time, in normal conditions between mother and child…the only guardian she knew all her life. You can separate them completely. And you have. You can leave the child completely alone, unsupported, in a strange world she didn’t know. You can throw her in a school without any real evaluation, without psychological support. And you can make the new school off-limits for the mother. You can vaccinate the child by force, without any medical history and despite her cries and refusal, asking for her mother. You can continue to invent future cases, to remove all parental rights (which you practically have already removed anyway) and destroy the "threat" to the existing status quo.. And this is the justice system. In a democratic, European country, today!
