All the surrounding states have a Smartmeter Opt-Out Policy,

 why is Connecticut last to have a Smartmeter Opt-Out Policy? We

 deserve a Smartmeter Opt-Out Policy for health purposes.

There is a high amount of DE-dirty electricity radiating from these wireless

 smartmeters that we do not consent in our home.

Why does Eversource  in Massachusetts have smartmeter opt-outs, but

 Eversource in Connecticut does not?

I demand for fairness, and that if all the other states allow for smartmeter

 opt-outs, so does Connecticut!

We do not need wireless, wifi 24-7.

Give us our rights, Connecticut Smartmeter Opt-Out Policy, to allow

 Connecticut Residents and Businesses to Opt-Out of Smartmeters.
