The next general municipal election is October 2026, and Herb has confirmed he plans to run again. What happens between now and then will matter not just politically, but practically, for everyone in Sooke.

What the petition people here plan to do?  Engage Candidates who plan to run in the next Langford election, Sooke election and build pressure on BC Provincial Gov. to fix the highway, reduce the traffic!
