SBB has now announced to wants to begin "Reimagining Justice" -- see image, above. Exactly what does that mean?

For starters, SBB apparently wants to weaken the legal standard for determining when a person is incapacitated due to excessive alcohol consumption. SBB has come up with a clever term for this: "Sexual Assault by Intoxication." Which means offering your partner a romantic glass of wine before sex could get you accused of being a rapist.

Professor Matthew Johnson has just published a milestone book on "Wrongful Conviction in Sexual Assault." So we need to ask, Does SBB want to make the current epidemic of wrongful convictions even more widespread?
