Last Thursday, Michael Bloomberg published an editorial highly critical of campus Kangaroo Courts. Bloomberg, of course, is the former mayor of New York City and recent Democratic presidential candidate.

Titled, "Bring Better Justice to U.S. Universities," Bloomberg chastises universities for the gross ineptitude of their Kangaroo Courts:

• "Although they had no particular aptitude for this assignment, colleges and universities nonetheless responded by investigating complicated sexual-assault allegations...with little regard for legal norms or the rights of the accused."

Bloomberg notes that complainants also are shortchanged by Kangaroo investigators:

• "Alleged victims said that schools failed to investigate their claims professionally."
