On Tuesday, North Carolina Rep. Virginia Foxx -- pictured above -- along with Senator Richard Burr, sent a strongly worded letter to the Dept. of Education. The letter highlights the importance of campus due process, which includes impartial and fair investigations.

The letter concludes, " We ask that you maintain the Title IX rule to ensure victims receive the protections they deserve and every student’s rights, including due process rights, are protected."

Which means no "Start by Believing," no "victim-centered," and no "trauma-informed" malarkey.
