Today the Center for Prosecutor Integrity sent a letter to Attorney General William Barr, calling on the Dept. of Justice to stop promoting guilt-presuming "victim-centered" investigative methods.

The letter demonstrates how the botched investigation of former Virginia governor Douglas Wilder was based not on principles of impartiality and fairness, but rather on biased trauma-informed and Start By Believing methods.

The letter also highlights a recent report by Families Advocating for Campus Equality, "Trauma-Informed Theories Disguised as Evidence," that exposes the ideology behind trauma-informed methods.
