Want to see an example how trauma-informed ideology has transformed campus investigations?

The University of Virginia is planning to hire a Title IX investigator. The position's preferred skill is described this way: 

"Deep sensitivity to and thorough understanding of the impact of trauma on individuals who have experienced sexual and gender-based harassment and other forms of interpersonal violence", while being required to "conduct prompt, thorough, impartial, and equitable investigations." 

No, we're not making this up.

Today, we all need to contact UVA president James Ryan at (434) 924-3337. Tell him that "trauma-informed" is the  very antithesis of "impartial and equitable."
