Start By Believing is biasing investigations on college campuses, as well

Start By Believing is attempting to bias investigations both in the criminal justice system and on college campuses. A recent article describing a lawsuit against UC-Berkeley highlights the problem perfectly:

The lawsuit, however, claims that the campus’s investigative process was “biased” and “improper”….the investigator allegedly did not utilize questions the petitioner provided or include evidence in the report that would have helped her case, according to the lawsuit.

In response to the lawsuit, External Affairs VP Nuha Khalfay said, “I will always believe survivors.” 

Is this beginning to sound like a quasi-religious cult?
