For nearly a decade Congress and the Presidents have not lived up to their responsibility of creating, discussing and controlling a Federal Budget. As a result we have to suffer through dysfunctional Government, loss of timely payments and a Military working without pay. Yet everyone in Congress and the White House get theirs. 

Congress and the White House need to take away the exemption they enjoy and live under the same duress as the Country. No  salaries for elected officials and no retro pay. Then maybe the spoiled will act like adults and represent us well, not act like children.
