Ban Jeff Bezos and Blue Origin from Space Contracting Until Metrics are Achieved.

The Issue

Jeff Bezos lost the lunar lander contract in April to Space X. Blue Origin, Jeff Bezo's space company, filed and lost an ethical complaint about the contract award to Space X with the GAO. He then slide in an amendment to the U.S. Innovation and Competition Act, to allocate 10 Billion of tax payers money to have another award for the lunar contract that would most likely go to Bezos and Blue Origin. Today he sued Nasa in a last ditch attempt to use his political power and money to buy his way into space contracting. My request is that we require Jeff Bezo's, Blue Origin, and any other space company that wants to bid on projects for the government, that they must meet certain metrics and requirements before they are allowed to bid on government / NASA projects. I would like to see the requirement be two successful outer space orbits completed before they are allowed to bid on any government projects as is the requirement now for any DOD space contracts.

Help me stop Bezos from delaying space and our governments missions in space, costing tax payers billions of dollars, by making him prove his tech, BEFORE he gets to bid and be considered for any space contracts.
