There is a Statute That Protect Citizens Against Torture Outside of The US, So Citizens are being

We understand that citizens outside of the country are being tortured and are protected by a specific law. Therefore, it does not require a stretch of the imagination to know that some are being tortured within. The only difference is that there is no specific law that protects us from torture from within as adults. There is a specicic provision for children being tortured within the country. This petition seeks to change that. Any person who tortures an American citizen whose freedoms were purchased by the blood of our military from the America Revolutionary War until now should be held liable under an admended statute as we propose in this petition. Freedom has never been free and it never will be. I have had EMF and chemical attacks before and since this petition but I plan to die the American way, fighting my enemies, giving them no place or shelter to hide, until no American is tortured by government entities in this country.
