Suggestions on conducting exams safely

You too can help us in achieving our goal, by suggesting these to your teachers/schools and can also mail these personally to our respected Education Minister at minister.sm@gov.in and/or share these on his twitter handle.

Some suggestions from us to ensure safety of students while conducting board exams:

1. E-admit cards can be issued- To ensure that exams can be conducted as soon as possible, e-admit cards can be issued to students which they can carry to their own school and verify at the entrance. Students can take a printout of their admit cards and carry it with them.

2. Monitoring through CCTV- Students while writing the exam can be monitored by CCTV cameras in the school, with just one invigilator so that there is least exposure of both students and the teachers.

3. Opting for Self Centres- with external invigilators and seating only 5-7 students per classroom. All the classrooms available with the school can be utilised to accomodate students.

4. Conduct exams for major subjects in the 3 hour 80 mark format as students have prepared according to it the whole year. The objective type pattern is unfamiliar to students. Changing the pattern at the last moment would create unnecessary pressure and havoc for students.

So grateful for your support!
