While this is great and much-needed news for some, and while the "Regulation" allows this under the strictest of conditions.
The question remains why should we have to go out and buy equipment when a simple change to the Regulation would allow condo owners to use their in-house gym?
On a comparative basis, how can one justify not allowing one, two or three people to use a safe semi-private gym or pool, when at the same time these same people face greater exposure to Covid 19 when they frequent crowded venues, with little or no crowd or access control and fewer safety measures.
