As you may tell, there is a demand added to the petition. Demand 46 requires the complete stoppage of the bill known as KOSA. While it does claim to protect children, this bill is dangerous for all. 

Critics argue that the bill's vague definition of harm to minors could lead to broad interpretations. Senator Marsha Blackburn, a co-author of KOSA, expressed concerns about education on racism and critical race theory, suggesting they could harm children and implied that the bill could censor transgender content. The republican party is saying the quiet part out loud with this bill and the Democrats are letting it through with open arms. We need a stronger definition of types of content that are proven to be harmful to minors, or we need to increase education of technology safety in our public schools.
