At this point, while Dustin is in his third year waiting to hear about his conditional pardon, it would be good to write the Governor and Secretary of Commonwealth. These are the people that can reduce his time remaining from 9 years to perhaps only a year or two.

I have given them all the information I can think that may help, but perhaps there is someone out there who knows something more. Whether it is proof that Dustin could not have been there or proof that someone else was, it could be useful to add to the Dustin's application.
