The vision of the “IHRA at Concordia” campaign is to see the Concordia administration adopt and implement the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) definition of antisemitism. This will also allow  Concordia University and the to establish a safe campus for everyone regardless of their race, religion or ethnicity.

The IHRA definition of Antisemitism is as followed:

Antisemitism is a certain perception of Jews, which may be expressed as hatred toward Jews. Rhetorical and physical manifestations of antisemitism are directed toward Jewish or non-Jewish individuals and/or their property, toward Jewish community institutions and religious facilities.
