3 more male escapees wander our streets.

Yes it has happened again .... three more males escaped Three Springs and wandered around our schools and neighborhoods.  

Did you know these juveniles were in your neighborhood?  

Were you safe?

Did you lock your doors ?

How much longer will this go on?

The City Council is again reopening the debate on this facility.
