We are sharing copy of email received from Bishop Robert Rabbat, dated 18-Sept-2024. This email clearly indicates Melkite Church's intention to initiate a penal judicial process in accordance with Eastern Catholic canon law. While we appreciate this acknowledgment, we remain concerned about the lack of progress and transparency regarding our complaint.

Despite numerous follow-up requests for updates, we have yet to receive any responses as to whether the canonical process has been formally initiated.
