The majority of Americans want a ceasefire in Gaza and many are calling and writing their representatives to demand action on the issue. Unfortunately the political class continues to ignore our cries for peace and security for all peoples in the region.

Their silence is resulting in the destruction of the Palestinian people and the ethnic cleansing of Gaza. In addition to this, the ongoing and escalating violence is threatening the lives of American service members and countless innocent civilians in the region.

We urge our US Senators Maria Cantwell and Patty Murray to return to Washington State to answer to their constituents regarding their continuing silence on this genocide and inherent complicity.
