Compel Officials to Uphold Provisions for Due Process and APA to benefit Americans

The Issue

We, the undersigned, express grave concern over the current administration's policies, which prioritize corporate gain over the welfare of the American people.

Therefore, we demand strict adherence to the Constitutional due process and the Administrative Procedure Act (APA) to prevent capricious agency restructuring and ensure transparent, accountable governance.

If excess Bureaucracy creates dysfunction in our society, absolute lack of controls it's even worse ! - A great example of bad outcome from this recklessness noted here in, is the reported Social Security service interruptions to beneficiaries and lack of phone call options, for people not technically savvy.

We stress the necessity of evaluating policy change impacts on vulnerable citizens, particularly those reliant on Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security. The Constitution mandates that the people's welfare, not the enrichment of a select few, be paramount to the purpose of US governance.

Federal officials must understand that qualified immunity does not shield them from liability for actions that disregard legal norms, such as the arbitrary termination of veterans that already gave their best years serving the USA, or the dismantling of consumer protections at the CFPB, that has been having great benefit to consumers. The CFPB has been serving great purpose  not only by holding banks accountable, but in fact also bringing in positive financial flow from fines that are originated by many banks wrongdoings each year.

We urge our government to have a Frank discussion about uphold the fundamental principles that made this nation a great success, ensuring governance serves the people, not special interests. We call upon all citizens to sign this petition, demanding accountability and probity in public service.

Tx for signing! We appreciate your time in helping making America Greater !
