The clock is running out, and this week is the LAST WEEK to sign the OFFICIAL referendum petitions opposing the Sunset Crossroads project. If you have been waiting for the right moment to get involved, this is the moment.
We are incredibly grateful for every person who has supported this community effort so far — whether by volunteering, donating, sharing information, talking with neighbors, or signing. Because of you, this movement has grown into a powerful collective voice calling for transparency, accountability, and responsible planning for the future of the Pass.
But now we need one final surge of support.
🚨 IMPORTANT:
Official referendum signatures MUST be signed IN PERSON on the physical petitions in order to count. Online signatures, comments, and social media support alone cannot stop this project.
Your signature does NOT automatically stop the project.
What your signature DOES do is help qualify the referendum for the ballot so the people of Banning have the opportunity to vote on it as a community. This effort is about protecting the public’s right to have a voice in a decision that could permanently impact the future of our region.
If you still need to sign, PLEASE fill out the “Pledge to Sign” form immediately so our signature gatherers can coordinate with you before the deadline.
By filling out the form, you are helping us:
