You know us. You depend on us. Now we need you.

We are nurses who work tirelessly in clinics, in Temple University Hospital, in Episcopal and in Jeanes. We have cared for and continue to care for community members throughout the pandemic. We have helped them manage their fears--fear of catching COVID-19, fear of what happens if they can't receive the care they need if they become sick--and navigate the system. We have picked up shifts during the peak of the pandemic when we were needed at Temple University Hospital. And many of us work between the hospital and clinics to ensure that patients have continuity of care.

We deserve a fair wage scale and a fair contract that recognizes and respects the critical work we do for Temple Faculty Practice Plan (TFPP), the health system as a whole and our Philadelphia community.
