It’s been over a year since we have entered into remote learning, and I can guarantee I am not the only one struggling with the fact that we are paying FULL in tuition, and getting a less than average education. It is completely unfair to everyone involved, the jobs we will be applying to when we finish, ourselves and the current study body. We are staring at a computer screen with vaccines on the way and improvement with the cases and deaths. I would really appreciate it if the people who feel the same way, parents, students, strangers alike can also voice their opinions on this, and help me, help us get back in school at-least a few days a week. Or provide the option for those who are thriving with remote learning to stay that way and let the rest of us decide to go back into the class room. It is incredibly unfair at this point. This is a serious problem, while you might not see it that way now, in four years when we all leave school this lack of stimulation and in person teaching is going to shine through. It’s been long enough. If the teachers who are susceptible don’t want to return, let others who are willing take their place. Same for the students. I’m not the type to complain, I usually adapt and work around things as they come but this is an issue. All of our GPA’s should be at-least 3 points higher than they are right now but the lack of advising and guidance from what should be our education system is really doing us a disservice. I would appreciate the support.
