First of all, I very heartfelt thank-you for the support you have all provided to this petition. Although we number in excess of 30,000 signatures, it still is not enough to yet attract the appropriate media attention.

I am going to ask that you all support a petition that has been founded on the Federal Government e petition site, demanding changes in legislation around AFCA and how banks are dealt with.

Make NO mistake about it folks, the Banks, along with other big business in Australia have the Major Parties in their pockets. How you ask? Well the bank happen to donate huge amounts of money to the major parties and are considered lobyists. How do they affect things you might ask? One simple way is the fact that it took SEVERAL goes to get the last inquiry started, and even then, hardly ANY of the recommendations have been actually implemented by the Government. 

You have to ask yourself, WHY would the Federal Goverment protect the interests of Banks over and above the ordinary battler, taxpayer, and VOTER like you? Well not many people will know that banks are protected from divulging ANY information to you if you request information about yourself if that information could lead to a CRIMINAL or CIVIL prosecution! Yep are you as astounded as I am. They are actually exempt from the Right to Information legislation by FEDERAL GOVERNMENT LEGISLATION, if they are going to be held accountable!

Make NO mistake about it folks, BANKS, and the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT are NOT your friends!
