FOLKS the Banking Royal Commission made recommendations that have NOT been implemented by our Government.
MOST banks made money for charging fees for NO SERVICE. Yep you got it, they took money from people in the MILLIONS AND MILLIONS OF DOLLARS, and NOT ONE PERSON will face the courts for FRAUD - because that is what this is FRAUD.
Yet if you or I were to do this, we would do JAIL TIME.
The difference? YOU GOT IT, The HIGH END OF TOWN have friends in GOVERNMENT.
WHY ELSE WOULD A GOVERNMENT IGNORE REPEATED CALLS TO HAVE A ROYAL COMMISSION. WHY ELSE WOULD A GOVERNMENT IGNORE THE MAJORITY OF THE FINDINGS OF A ROYAL COMMISSION ONCE THEY DO BOW TO PRESSURE AND HAVE IT.
We need to send a strong message to our Government folks with this petition. THERE NEED TO BE SPECIFIC OFFENCES THAT BANKERS CAN DO REAL JAIL TIME FOR.
