A little update: 

After filing countless motions and petitions to set aside parentage, the default paternity judgement to terminate child support, taking the case to appeals only to be denied and have the judgement affirmed, I helped my husband file relinquishment. This was back in October of 2023. 

Meaning he received a new case number,  with a new magistrate. My husband doesn't know this child and is not bound by DNA. So you bet I helped him file a Petition to relinquish his rights. After waiting on the mother for months, we finally got a court hearing. The court hearing has since come and gone, but the magistrate granted my husband's petition to relinquish his rights. 

In Colorado,  If rights are relinquished, then all obligations are severed. 

We are just waiting on the Final Order of Relinquishment. 

Please continue to sign and share my petition,  because it should not have come to this, DNA Evidence should of set him free years ago.
